The early bird (before May 20, 2024) registration fees for attendance at ECMM2024 are:
(a) for students and post-docs (up to 2 years after graduation): 200 EUR
(b) for regular participants: 400 EUR
(c) for accompanying person: 200 EUR
The late (after May 20, 2024, but before June 30, 2024) registration fees for attendance to ECMM2024 are:
(a) for students and post-docs (up to 2 years after graduation): 250 EUR
(b) for regular participants: 500 EUR
(c) for accompanying person: 250 EUR
Registration and payment after June 30, 2024, as well as the on-site registration and payment, are not allowed. In case of special circumstances providing difficulties with the registration and payment before June 30, 2024, please contact the organizing committee by email (ecmm2024@uj.edu.pl).
The registration fee for students/post-docs and regular participants covers:
-admission to all scientific sessions of the conference, including the main ECMM2024 event as well as the Young ECMM2024 pre-conference; to attend the latter meeting, please select the proper option during the registration;
-conference materials;
-coffee breaks and lunches during the conference;
-admission to Welcome Party on July 15, 2024 (Monday);
-admission to Conference Dinner on July 18, 2024 (Thursday);
-participation in the excursion on July 19, 2024 (Friday); two options will be provided; the selection will be done during the registration.
The registration fee for the accompanying person covers:
-coffee breaks and lunches during the conference;
-admission to the Welcome Party on July 15, Monday;
-admission to the Conference Dinner on July 18, Thursday;
-participation in the excursion on July 19, Friday (two options will be provided; the selection will be done during the registration).
